Topic: Animal Crossing: New Leaf Thread

@ramstrong i think i weeded out most of the raiders in my friends list. The other week i accidentally left a few money bags on the floor XD & i only noticed them after some of my friends left and none were taken...i think

I missed the fireworks show this past Sunday. I saw on the Nintendo website for Animal Crossing that Isabelle was going to be giving out a special item during the fireworks. But since i missed it, i didn't get to see what it was.

Anybody know what that special item was? I'm hoping it was just a roman candle or sparkler or one of those fireworks you put on the ground...can anyone shed some light on this for me? It's really bugging me.

@Gustoff Isabelle gives you a antenna hat. its random which 1 you get. some shaped like a star/heart etc.

Citizens and/or police don't take them? I saw a lost object once, that I left alone because it was late, thinking I'd do it the next day, but it was gone by then.

@ramstrong Nope only gotten the police station recently so they might show up there at some point.

Woohoo. From perfect town (weeks ago) to it being too barren and now there isn't enough greenery. I'd've had the golden can had the neighbors not planted millions of flowers! And I have the night owl ordinance! Good grief am I annoyed.

When i play tours with 3 or 4 people, I have the uncanny ability of always ending up in last place, I know its a gift XD

I've been playing this game every day since June 18th and I've only skipped 2 days but I'm starting to get a bit bored of this game. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Animal Crossing and this game but I just feel like I need to stop playing the game every single day and focus on other games instead. I still have 3 more expressions left to get and 1 more Brewster item and then I think I'll stop playing every day but I will come back for special events/holidays and see how my town changes through the seasons.

What do you think? Have you gotten bored of this game yet or do you play every single day?

It worries me how many hours I've put into it, I enjoy it, but can't scratch the feeling that I will NEVER be satisfied.

Okay, I'm really starting to hate this stupid cat, Katie. Why won't she leave me alone? Does anybody want to please take her off of my hands?
