Yes, you have to be inside the Best Buy to get a good connection for Nintendo Zone. I tried doing it from the parking lot to no avail. Once inside the store, turn on Animal Crossing and go to the Post Office on Main St. Ask Pelly about a Present and she'll give you the special item. Also note that starting August 11th, you can download items from any Nintendo Zone, per the Nintendo Direct yesterday. I don't know if these will be a weekly thing or monthly thing. Hopefully weekly. For these that start on the 11th, you also need to do the same thing. Although, i once got on the Nintendo Zone from the parking lot of a McDonalds. So maybe you don't have to go inside for these at McDonalds. Once there, open your AC:NL game, and go to the post office and ask for a present. I believe the Direct video yesterday said the first item this Sunday is a Pumpkin Pie?

yes it is very tedious but at least it gives me something to do at 2am lol ive only done like half my house.

Okay, I know this is a long shot, but is anyone on here from Japan or know someone who plays from Japan or has access to Japanese stuff? I am wanting to make like a zoo room in my house with all the animal furniture and things like that, and I would love to be able to get the eggplant cow or cucumber horse or whatever Japan gets for Obon next week.
