I'm not 100% certain, but I don't think you can alter your in-game face. It's based on how you answer certain questions at the beginning of the game. There are guides on the interbox on how to get the face you prefer. Although you're clearly beyond that point.

By unlocking Shampoodles. Pretty sure you have to spend 8,000 bells at Able Sisters and that unlocks Kicks... After that I dunno.
