Topic: 3dsware needs to get a youtube application

i'd love to see 3ds having youtube videos actually working. And it would also be nice to be able download videos from it too

I'd like that too. Especially some kind of 3D youtube. But i doubt i'd pay for it.

It's easier to watch them on your PC.

Not if you're on the train or bus.

But seriously, all we really need is HTML5 in the web browser.

I wasn't trying to be smart. On Finnish inter-city trains for example, onboard network is being implemented and should be ready for all trains within this year. When commuting to work over an hour each way by train the thought of wanting to watch streaming movies/video clips (ie. youtube videos) isn't that far-fetched if you ask me.

Unfortunately, that kind of thing would never happen here in the US.

@Rift MM It kinda already is on my subway, there's a wi-fi hotspot in New York City. XP

Anyway I like the idea, but they better not make you pay for it, espically if all we can do is watch videos.

Yeah, some of the trains in Norway have Wifi on them, too, and most depots have it
And all the McDonald's and all that have it, too
Plus, sometimes you just need to show someone a video

so in this case, it would come in handy!

I totally support this Idea. A Video player app would be nice as well

I may have wifi and youtube on my phone (it's a Sony Ericsson Elm, not android, iPhone or any of that expensive jazz) but I would love to watch videos on my 3DS, shame I live in Northern Ireland and the only wifi hotspots are usually in McDonalds, but still a nice feature to have (for free of course).
