I've got a fault with my 3DS, as it automatically turns off and when I turn it back on the date resets back to the 1/1/11.
It first happened on Sunday and didn't thought much of it,but on Tuesday it did it about 3 or 4 times, yesterday it was fine but now it just turn off again and reseted the date.
Any idea what causes this?

In 3000 years time,people will remember the name,Da-Banker,for being such a [Censored]
seems like the battery(because the date resets when you remove it) it could have something messing with the electrical contact in the battery/3DS
open the battery port(or whatever it's called I don't like technical terms) and see if it's rusty or has something that shouldn't be there(like paper or too much dust)
