Hi all. Yesterday I picked up SteamWorld Dig and Gravity Badgers so I could get an extra $5 so basically SteamWorld for free. Now I have $20 and I'm looking at the following sale titles but I could use recommendations on what to get.
Wii U:
Shovel Knight - $9.99
3DS:
Attack of the Friday Monsters: A Tokyo Tale - $2.99
Crimson Shroud - $2.99 - my most wanted Guild game
Fractured Soul - $3.49
Inazuma Eleven - $9.99
Liberation Maiden - $2.99
Steel Empire - $14.99 - though this still seems overpriced to me
The Legend of Dark Witch - $2.79
The Starship Damrey - $2.99
Weapon Shop de Omasse - $2.99

If you want Crimson Shroud you should get it but if all the games on sale aren't tempting you even with how cheap they are now then wait for a game that you do want to go on sale or just get a game you want even if it's not on sale.
So I am thinking of picking up one of the GBC Harvest Moon Games on the VC but I am not quite sure which one to get. I am leaning towards 2 or 3 but I am not sure which one. Any suggestions?

I was wondering...I have $9.71 left over. I was thinking of getting Fire Emblem (GBA VC), but then I'll have to add more next week when... I gotta add more next week anyways when Metroid comes out....I guess I'll get Fire Emblem, then get Maru's Mission and Gunman Clive 2 when I get another eShop card...

By all accounts, if you've never played one before, you might as well go with HM3. They're all kinda shallow compared to the console entries, though.
Anyone know any good RPG or Adventure games with puzzles on the 3DS eShop? It can be indie or VC. The reason I say "with puzzles" is because Metroid and Zelda on NES aren't what I'm looking for.
Currently Playing: Steamworld Heist, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Tales of Graces F

Castlevania Lords of shadow mirrors of fate is maybe the title you're looking for.
The Harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
PicDun 2: the Witch's Curse - This is a first person dungeon crawler with a very heavy emphasis on puzzles. It does have (very light) random enounters (that aren't turn based), but it's very much about completing puzzles to complete the dungeon floors (flipping certain switches, taking gems from one podium to another, fake walls, icy floor tiles, and stuff like that). Some clues can be very cryptic (especially later on), but it's a good time. Also, for an extra incentive, if you visit every tile on a floor (instead of just leaving as soon as you find the door) your auto fill map makes a picture (PicDun, picture dungeon). There are 60 floors.
Legend of the River King GBC (VC) - It's an RPG about fishing. There is the occasional turn based battle (against wildlife like snakes, bears, etc.), but it's all about talking to NPC's to figure out what fish are in what parts of the lake(s) and then trying different combinations of lures, bait, hooks, etc. to try and catch them. There are four areas to explore & fish in, and overall I thought it was a very unique take on the RPG (I think it took me around 12-15 hours to complete?).
Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)

Tomorrow a sale starts for Mighty Switch Force! and Mighty Switch Force! 2 for €1.25 each or 3D Altered Beast 3D, Ecco the Dolphin, 3D Galaxy Force II, 3D Streets of Rage, 3D Shinobi III: Return of the Ninja Master, 3D Super Hang-On, 3D Space Harrier for €2.49 each.
If you're looking for a cheap RPG then try Fairune, Cave Story, one of the Zeldas (Link's Awakening DX is my top pick), League of Heroes, Demon King Box or very slightly out of your price range The Keep, Citizens of Earth and Crimson Shroud.
Also in your price range is Gunman Clive, Pullblox, Zombie Panic in Wonderland, Marvel Pinball, Colors! 3D, Legend of Dark Witch and lots of classic NES games like Super Mario Bros 3, Mega Man 2, Punch Out etc
I have a few leftover coins on Club Nintendo, and there are three games that I'm trying to decide between; Mario vs. Donkey Kong: The Minis March Again, Dillon's Rolling Western, and Sakura Samurai: Art of the Sword. I'd appreciate any recommendations.
I forget...does anybody recommend Mighty Switch Force 1 and 2? When I checked the eshop for exact prices and saw they were $1.49 each(compared to their regular prices), they definitely caught my attention. I was wanting to get around to them originally but I guess it slipped my mind eventually, ha.
