2 Fast 4 Gnomz will be released on 1st November through the Nintendo 3DS e-Shop™ in North America.
For this occasion I will be happy to answer your questions and read your impressions about the game.
2 Fast 4 Gnomz was previously released on Wii in February 2012. The 3DS version coming out tomorrow has been improved: new levels, better design, smoother gameplay.
Got alot of endless runners on my Droid and have Bit Trip runner on my 3DS, what makes this stand out from the rest aside from being in a shop that's not abundant in runners? Might get it if the reviews fare better than the Wiiware version.
Sorry to be OT but you are one of the guys responsible for the AIRace games on the DSiware right? Bought the tunnel one a year ago and enjoyed it. Any details on the upcoming eshop edition that we haven't heard of?
The Wiiware version of the game was pretty fun although it had a bunch of minor issues. I liked the game, but probably not enough to double dip on the 3DS version.
They said the art style & cutscenes are hilarious, the abilities are interesting, and some of the levels are intricately designed, but other levels aren't well designed, the controls are imprecise, it's full of cheap difficulty, & is overpriced for what it offers.

@Onikato:
Here is what you can expect from the runner game 2 Fast 4 Gnomz for the 3DS:
it has a unique joyful atmosphere with enchanting and funny music, characters and storyline.
it has been previously released on another platform, the Wii, which means that QubicGames could take gamers' and reviewers' feedback into consideration in order to improve the game for the 3DS.
the difficulty is very challenging.
the gameplay is addictive because when your gnome dies, it comes back to life extremely fast and you don't waste time before trying again.
there is a good replay value because in further levels you will unlock new abilities that you can use in previous levels you already completed without these unlocked abilities. Therefore you can highly improve your time of level completion in these first levels. And anyway for all levels there is always a possibility to optimize your time score. In nightmare levels the challenge will be to optimize your time score while collecting all the socks and not dying. But good luck with that
Regarding AiRace, I would like to create an official thread about it in the near future. But I can tell you that AiRace:SPE3D is being developed and should be available around the beginning of 2013. Soon and until the release of the game I will give out more and more information about the game. If you are interested, the best is to stay tuned on our website, Facebook or Twitter.

The concept is the same as the Wii version but there are new levels and the overall design and gameplay have been improved. The gnome reacts faster to your controls and the active obstacles are more distinguishable from the passive environment than it was before.

I really liked this aspect of the WiiWare game and I'm glad to see it was retained. Also I'm not reviewing this version (guess what I was assigned instead...) but I'm glad to hear your team took previous criticisms on board. I look forward to seeing how it turned out!
As long as the developer is posting here, I'd like to ask him a question. In the Wiiware game, there were 2 socks in the later levels which were apparently impossible to collect because they were situated on the inside of spike traps. I collected every sock in the game except for those 2 socks, and my completion percentage was 100.0%. I've always been curious, is there a secret way to collect those socks, or was there a glitch that somehow caused them to show up in the wrong spot that you couldn't go back and fix?

YES! Thank you for fixing it. That was my main gripe with the wii version. Too many control delays. I might actually get this later on. Thanks!

No the game does not feature online leaderboards.
@accc
I personally never saw any "impossible to pick" sock on the Wii. I asked one developer and he told me that there was indeed a glitch that made appear 1 sock where it should not be. He did not mention 2 but maybe they were 2 if you say so. Anyway I can confirm that the 3DS version does not have such a glitch.

You don't need to be assigned to reviewing the game to play it. It's available to everybody in the e-Shop
