This classic vertically-scrolling shoot 'em up is perhaps Capcom's finest moment in the pre-Street Fighter era.
Spawning a million clones and re-appearing throughout the history of gaming, 1942's biplane action needs no introduction. And now, for the first time on the Wii, the original and best version.

This game is alright, but it's a bit dated. Hopefully the sequels will be coming shortly after.

Agreed 1943 was where it was at, at least. I will still download this with the quickness because I loved this whole series.

They need to get a bigger library of arcade games! May I suggest the Mario Kart arcade game? HINT HINT HINT Oh, and F-Zero AX would be nice.

@NintendoFanatic98 As much as I agree with you, it's impossible with the file size limit. VC arcade is more for older arcade games.

I play the Namco titles on the Namco Museum for the Cube, so I think I can put up w/ the sound.
Edit: It reminds me of Galaga, w/ crickets chirping. That's good, as I love Galaga. I even just months ago d/led the '90 ver on VC. I could easily do w/o the crickets, though. lol
