Review Luigi's Mansion (GameCube)
It's-a me! Mari- wait, what? Luigi?
Nintendo has always had a dark side. Though it's built up a name for itself as a family-friendly game company, every so often, when it can be contained no longer, its dark side manifests itself in the form of a Super Metroid or a Majora's Mask. But while we expect a touch of gloom and misery in our Zeldas and...

Martinet dives into a number of topics, including how he first became the voice of one of the most recognisable video game...
Random One Piece's Netflix Star Would "Love" To Play Zelda: Wind Waker
Luffy's actor says he's missed a lot of GameCube hits
Ahead of Netflix's One Piece premiere later this month, Mexican actor Iñaki Godoy - who plays Monkey D. Luffy in the live-action adaptation of the popular manga and anime series - has spoken about how Nintendo games have influenced his career. He "loves" series like Super Mario Bros. and The...
Random Former Luigi's Mansion Dev Is Now Heading Up The Silent Hill Franchise
From one horror to the next
Last night, Konami finally lifted the lid on its plans for the Silent Hill franchise and, as expected, there's nothing of any real note for Switch owners; we're really quite sad. However, one interesting and fun little discovery made the rounds on Twitter shortly after the presentation. It turns out that the producer for...
Random Luigi's Appearance In The Mario Movie Trailer Is Appropriately Spooky
Luigi's Mention
With The Super Mario Bros. Movie getting its first official trailer today, we finally got to see many of the characters in Illumination's animation style for the first time. And a highlight of the trailer was Luigi, who appeared very briefly at the end of the teaser. And it's more than appropriate for the panic-stricken brother In...
Random Fan's Mario Timeline Theory Puts Luigi's Mansion As Final Instalment
Who you gonna call?
If there's one thing that the Mario franchise really needs, it's a sense of continuity between the games. We are, of course, being slightly sarcastic here. With well over 50 games starring Nintendo's favourite plumber as well as spin-offs such as Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros., the thought of pinning all the events together...
Random Artist Envisions A Luigi's Mansion Game Starring Waluigi
What's the hold-up!?
Fans have been crying for the palatinate mischievous Mario character Waluigi to get his own game, or even just a shred more attention. The lanky rival to Luigi has only really appeared in side games to play sports or party with the rest of the Mario cast. So, for now, it's in the hands of fans to come up with something special...

Random Turns Out Dune's Paul Atreides Is One Of Us After All
"I got hooked on Luigi's Mansion"
Denis Villeneuve's Dune movie might not be the first attempt to adapt Frank Herbert's epic sci-fi novel, but it's certainly turned out to be one of the most successful, having earned $223.2 million in takings (at the time of writing) and garnering positive reviews – more than can be said for David Lynch's...
Talking Point Was The GameCube Really A Portable Console In Disguise?
Love handles
If you're a Nintendo fan, then since day one you've probably always had at least two consoles on the go: one for the TV, and one for the car/bus/plane/bed. From 1989's Game Boy to Nintendo's boundary-blurring hybrid Switch, there has always been an option for players on-the-go. But the Nintendo Switch isn't their first foray into home...

Feature Hands On With The Spooktacular Luigi's Mansion Arcade
Don't cross the streams
Deep in the dimly lit bowels of Japanese arcades lurks a surprisingly wonderful new first person shooter (sucker?) with an unlikely arcade hero. It's not surprising that Luigi is running the show this time around. After all he's saved Mario from the notorious King Boo on two separate occasions at this point. The surprise...
About The Game
Get spooked with your old friend, Luigi, as he navigates his way through the creepy nooks and crannies of Luigi's Mansion, available exclusively for the new NINTENDO GAMECUBE. This one-player action adventure is the first title to star Mario's younger brother Luigi, a beloved character who has made appearances in Nintendo video games since 1993.
The fun begins on a proverbial dark and stormy night, as Luigi investigates a mysterious mansion he's inherited. Instead of a relaxing retreat, he finds a host of howling spirits. Our hero ventures through countless rooms filled with side-splitting spooks, trying to vacuum up the ghoulish ghosts to clean the house of its unwelcome visitors. With the help of a new doctor friend, Luigi must capture ghosts and turn them into paintings. Throughout the adventure, players watch Luigi creep, cower and cry in fright as the roaming spirits try to scare him out of his wits.
Luigi's Mansion shows off the powerful graphics capabilities of the NINTENDO GAMECUBE technology to create an immersive world that is filled with intriguing visuals. For example, the game features real-time lighting and shading created by Luigi's flashlight, as well as transparent ghosts - effects that could be created only on NINTENDO GAMECUBE.
"You really feel the emotions of the characters and see unprecedented levels of detail, down to ghoulish reflections in a mirror," says Peter Main, executive vice president, sales and marketing, Nintendo of America Inc. "With Luigi taking the front-and-center role in this title, players will quickly get into the spirited fun of the game."

DRY BOWSER WAS RECENTLY FOUND IN LUIGI'S MANSION!!!! (This tells you how to fight him)
Dry Bowser was recently discovered in Luigi's Mansion. You have to have 6 coins, 6 dollars, and 6 gold bars and also this can only be done in the Hidden Mansion. There is a low chance of it happening, but if you want a higher percent chance for it to happen, then you have to beat the game 6 times on each files. If you get it to work, after you beat Bowser and King Boo it shows a close up on Mario and he is still banging on the glass as if you didn't defeat King Boo. The lights go out and it shows Luigi's Poltergeist 3000 releases King Boo again and he going into the celling. When he does this you will see a picture of Dry Bowser on the celling on the room. Luigi will get sucked into the painting. you battle of the roof again, but the background is blue fire instead of red fire, and it is the same cut scene when you fight bowser, except it is Dry Bowser. King Boo has 1000 HP instead of 500 HP. When the fight is over, you will get 2 extra gold diamonds (The gold diamonds are Dry Bowser's eyes). After you exit the painting, the ending of the game will still happen normally and you get a picture of Dry Bowser and King Boo instead of Bowser and King Boo. Good luck trying to find Dry Bowser.
I will be posting picture of the boss fight very soon. Probably 10-31-13 or 12-25-13. I haven't chosen a date yet. It is going to be one of those dates. And the place where I am going to release it has not been chosen yet. And if the pictures get enough publicity, then I will post my video of me fighting Dry Bowser. The boss fight is pretty hard (a lot harder than the regular boss fight). It is actually very hidden. From what I know, it can't be found when digging through the game's data. I will be posting more info about the boss fight throughout the year.
is anyone reading this in the year 2016-2022
Yes, people are still reading this especially after the remake for the 3DS
I am so glad that this game got a few remakes, the fun idea of catching ghosts is such an outside idea that it is fun
