Europe may have just won this round
To mark 10 years in the business, Hertfordshire-based game publisher Rising Star Games is celebrating with events and announcements every month until the end of 2014. Nintendo Download 6th February (Europe)
Golf, farming, an expedition and a load of discounts
It's Nintendo Download update time, Europe, and this week's Thursday offerings are perhaps more attractive for the discounts than the new downloads. We do have the arrival of a DSiWare / 3DS eShop series on the Wii U, along with some classic 8-bit sport and a new DSiWare game, but Rising Star...

It seems to be promotional silly-season right now, and Aksys Games is leaping into the fray with a series of download offers coming to the 3DS eShop and, for the most part, the PlayStation Network. The offer coming to the 3DS eShop, however, is an absolute beauty. From 1st - 15th September BIT.TRIP SAGA will be reduced...
Nintendo Download 25th April 2013 (Europe)
A legendary Rayman freebie, brawling gods, Mega Man and more
A little later than normal this week, Nintendo of Europe has told us what to expect in this week's Nintendo Download update. No news of any Wii U Virtual Console games — though that doesn't necessarily mean they're not coming — but plenty of titles to choose from including some free,...

Feature BIT.TRIP SAGA vs. BIT.TRIP COMPLETE
We'll help you decide
When Gaijin Games released its first BIT.TRIP title BIT.TRIP BEAT back in 2009, the game took many players by surprise not only with its unique musical and visual presentation, but also with its extremely addictive gameplay. And as beloved as BEAT would become, the series would only get more interesting as each new release took...
First Impressions BIT.TRIP SAGA (3DS)
BIT.TRIP goes 3D!
To say that the BIT.TRIP series has been a highlight of the WiiWare service would be a gross understatement. Their simplistic design and wildly playable nature have made for some of the most engaging gaming experiences on the service and continue to be among the most popular titles in the catalog. Now, the folks at Gaijin Games are...

Not sure if I'll pick this up or not. RUNNER was kind of the definitive BIT.TRIP game for me. I have FATE and VOID, and I've played BEAT. They just don't do it for me like RUNNER did.
@pixelman
FATE and VOID are much less rhythm-centric compared to RUNNER. I would at least give BEAT or FLUX a go at some point. ;D
This is what I'm going to buy a 3DS for.
I have all six from the wii shop. I found RUNNER and FLUX to be the best of the bunch. Ideal to have on my 3DS too!
Woot! Its like bit trippin but in 3D man! Gnarly!
@pixelman: yeah RUNNER is the game for me, the other BIT.TRIP games just didn't do it for me
I never did get around to playing a BIT.TRIP game now I have no excuse with a physical cart coming out, on my to check list.
@1 Don't judge the series until you've played Core. It the most rhythm-based (more so than Runner, even). Runner is my second favorite, though.
Wow, I didn't even notice this game.
this looks weird. never had a chance to try something like this.
im not too much into beat games. i got bored of elite beat agents and guitar hero, i fear this one will do the same :-/
I actually want to preorder this. It looks very interesting.
This is in 3d but doesn't have the bonus content of the wii one. Not cool...
does it have any release date?
I might get it on sale.
@VincentV: Maybe I will too.
Actually, no the sale is over today. This will just be meaning that if I choose to get all the Bit.Trip games on my 3DS, I will go to cart instead. Probably the same for Wii.
@Samholy Trust me, they aren't really even in the same genre.
