Topic: Wii Shop Demos

I believe the wii needs to allow players to get demos off the wii shop channel for upcoming games just like the PSN and Xbox Live does for titles like ufc and fight night to name a few recent ones. It would be a feature nintendo should really look into. I remember they did it with corruption and it was a very good thing. You guys agree with wii shop needs demos?

I agree all the way, especially because we can now save onto memory cards
free demos is one of my favorite features on psn

Well, i guess you're right no one should disagree, but really then, why hasnt it happened in 3 years!!!??? does nintendo really feel its beneficial not allowing wii demos despite the competitions better approach?

Ya man my neighbour downloaded ufc on ps3 n i played with him n it was insanely fun. He now has the real thing n im gonna play with him at sum point, demos are essential in this day

To find out what's good or not, demos are essential as to not waste your money. Esp. in today's economy.

Yes, the ds has demos and whatnot, but for the past...forever...they've all been complete and total crap. If Nintendo wants to give us demos, they should at least be for games that AREN'T a complete waste of our time! Glares at "Millionheir" What happened to all the GOOD demos that made me WANT to buy the games, like Ninja Gaiden and Trauma Center? Sigh...

i don't see why the Wii Shop or Nintendo Channel couldn't have demos for Wii games. i used to love trying stuff out for the PSX on those demo discs they'd give you at GameStop or packaged in with another game or whatever. I remember back when Metroid Prime 3 came out, there was that channel you could download from the Wii Shop for it, but I'm pretty sure they replaced that kind of video content with the Nintendo Channel.

also, you guys want to talk terrible DS demos? Wall-E had to have been the most boring demo on the face of the planet, next to that Mummy game that came out a while back. ugh.

Those crap movie titles get on because Disney Crappy Interactive pays them to put it up.
