It's still funny how salty Angry Joe & got over this, not that I would recommend watching his videos, but just wow. What a generic 'angry video game youtuber' response, such impudent rage, much salt, so delicious.
I mean, this is, like, the literally bottom of the list with regard to legitimate social justice concerns (and that's with a broad definition of 'social justice.') I mean, first world problems, much?
@Haru17: Yeah, really. Personally, I don't know what the issue is. I have a channel myself and I've uploaded Splatoon footage, Mario Kart footage, and reviewed Metroid Prime 2 and...so far, no issues. No copyright strike. No removal of video. Nothing.
The only video I have that I ever saw grief over was one where I added lyrics to a song from Les Miserables...and even then, all I had to do was click a button to accept that there was third party content in the video. It's still up, too.
I own a PS1, GBA, GBA SP, Wii (GCN), 360, 3DS, PC (Laptop), Wii U, and PS4.

@kyuubikid213 Do you run commercials or profit from those videos? If not then they wouldn't conflict with Nintendo's rules, if so then they've probably ignored your videos, as they do for many.
As for the advertisement part, there are tons of videos online despite the creator program. The program was also a step in the right direction where it started to let the uploaders make some profit. There are just a few individuals this program have an effect on, and they where never entitled to make money of Nintendo's copyrights to begin with.
Bottom line it does not effect the average Joe, only Angry Joe and the other Scrooges.
