I'm a new wii u user and i dont know how to set the control that I want in the game. For example, if I want to control game by remote pro instead of game pad. How can set that?

To use the Game controller pro, it first needs to be supported by each individual game. Then you can usually find the option within the game itself.

There's no way to set the other controllers as the global default.

In addition to what Moorpheel said, many games also detect any controller that is supported automatically when the controllers are on, and it's just to start playing.
