Topic: Question wii u hand held

My son decided to some how scratch the screen to my cousins wii u the hand held part it works great still but alot of scratches on the screen part what exactly do I need to replace that is it the screen or is that part of the outer casing

Have a look at ifixit. (The costs for Gamepad repairs and a brand new Gamepad from Nintendo seem to be pretty much the same).

I have talked to Nintendo absolutely no help to worried about making there money to repair it wouldn't give me no info so I guess I'm still at square one with trying to fix the scratched screen

The only way to get the game pad fixed is to contact Nintendo. If it's still under warranty then it should cost you nothing.

Why didn't your cousin have a screen protector on it? If it didn't have one, it just means that he doesn't take good care his belonging anyway and that it shouldn't be your problem to fix.

Nintendo doesn't fix cosmetic damage under warranty or they charge 99 dollars to plus shipping handling.

Nintendo's warranty only includes fixing for free if the product explodes in your pocket and sets your genitals on fire.
