...even tho Monolith Soft is own by Nintendo! why would they not bring that to wii u?
, tbh where really not going see any 3rd party games on wii u anytime soon, except for Skylanders Lego games, indies, and Disney Infinity 3.0, maybe GH (since Live is coming wii u), we herd Harvest Moon and Legends of Kay is on wii u so there count to, but again Batman (unless you count lego) is doubt for wii u at this point

I know Monolith is owned by Nintendo, but I'm just saying that if a game the size and scale of Xenoblade can fit on Wii U, then why can't games like Arkham Knight and Assassin's Creed? I know the install base of the Wii U is poor, but is it really that hard to make a game for this system?

All the little things that make a game tick and run simultaneously aren't guaranteed to run great on a slower machine. I'll give you an example. Back when arkham asylum was released on PC you could run it full settings and you'd see things like snowflakes falling while the console versions had to have that particular effect removed. I'm not saying it couldn't be done for the Wii U but it would have to be severely gimped to be able to run and even then it's quite possible it would have framerate issues. Textures and character models would look ugly. It's just a lot of downscaling that I'm sure developers don't want to do nor plan for if they were to release on the Wii U. I personally don't care for Arkham Knight but all this talk makes me want to get Arkham City Armored edition now....

No. Not a chance. Just buy another console besides a Wii U if you want third party games. It's really that simple, I promise. You can still enjoy your Mario and co. on the Wii U, but then you can also enjoy other stuff as well either on a PS4 or X1. Plus, then you won't create topics like this, so everybody wins!

i normally get some of the 3rd parties games that not on Wii U, on PC (i don't really have an XBOne or PS4) it sucks that we well never see games only exclusive for PS4/XBONE for PC or for matter have 3rd parties on Wii U, but atleast we have something to get the games

Yeah, I changed my train of thought mid-sentence and it came out all buggered up. I meant those two were the only western-developed console-exclusives, but I'm missing Infamous and Forza.
