It varies with each game. not that it ever made any difference which game you bought, as long as your buddies had the other version. I remember a friend at school who had Blue, I had Red and another friend had Yellow.

I have an even mixture of both "hot" and "cold" - that is; Blue, then Silver, Then Pearl then Ruby.

I borrowed Silver from my friend, and that same friend had Blue. So it occurs sometimes.

The only Pokemon game I own, and have ever owned, is Blue. That and Pokemon Stadium.
I do, however, have every intention of expanding my Pokemon library, starting with Platinum. I'm also considering SoulSilver, but I wonder if they won't release BodyCrystal before long. :p

Don't mind this; I'm just filling out the blank spaces in my profile.
