So I've been wondering, are there any good widescreen 4P splitscreen 60fps N64 games out there? So far I've only been able to find this image of one. MK64 doesn't support widescreen so that doesn't count.
Banjo Tooie had some split screen minigames and I don't remember framerate problems(don't know at how many FPS it runs though)
but most N64 games are horrible in widescreen.... the only one I have that looked "not bad" in widescreen was Pokémon Puzzle League but it's not exactly "split screen" and the multiplayer is only for 2 players.

I'm interested in what resolution "widescreen" actually is (I think the N64 normally run 320x240, and I think Expansion Pak supported up to 640x480). If widescreen TVs existed in the 90s, almost nobody had them. So I wouldn't expect much support.

I always considered widescreen any 16:9 aspect ratio and in the N64 times 4:3 was the common aspect ratio.

And I'd say based on this text, he didn't.
I have noticed that like 90% of his posts and threads are awkward jabs at Nintendo's current consoles hidden behind thick layers of sarcasm.
