I am looking for a case or carrying bag that can hold a GameCube, Gameboy Color, GameBoy Advance SP, DS Lite, and a fair amount of their respective games. I would also be interested in any case/bag that can hold any combination of these. Thank you in advance.

You don't want it to hold the 2DS, 3DS, 3DSXL, N3DS, N3DSXL?

you need a bloody big bag pal. you seem to be expecting someone to post some all-in-one nintendo bag they designed to specifically case all these items. just buy a big lobster bag.
