Frame rate bugged me at first (spoiled by 60fps) but you adjust after about an hour of play.

Then it´s a no buy for me. It´s known hardware they are developing for. I truly hate it when framerate drops. Totally not acceptable. I stick to MK for now. Rock steady framerate.

Just to let you guys know, that a patch for the famerate issues has been released for the Xbox 360 version. As soon as I started it up, the patch was installed [it is required] and I have no famerate issues whatsoever. This game is awesome, and it might be better than Mario Kart Wii.
