Indeed it is. If you have a SEGA CD you can also buy the optional enhancer CD for the game's music to be enchanced...they state SEGA should have done that as it is possible.
Edit: In order to know when they'll have the game in stock, you have to register...I've done that already.
The game is about $45 for Americans and most likely £30 for British members...you have to pay through PayPal though (which I have no clue on how it works...I am guessing transfer funds is used a lot?).
Anyways, I'm getting this game due to not playing a "New" Mega Drive game in 15 years...(I have actually never experienced playing a new Mega Drive game tio begin with...except from Sonic)
I am pretty surprised no-one here is interested in this game. It's not only a quality game, it's also pretty unique and rare!?!
If you have the 32X it even has an Easter egg in the game!?!
$45? I hope they still have copies when I get a job, I can't afford that right now.
PayPal failed on me, had to re-enter details they already had. _
Oh and I have to warn people with MEGA CDs that the proper PS discs don't work but the burned copies of CD-Rs do work. The team seem to deny that the discs maybe not that great...take that as you will.
Well, the first people who bought it got the "rare" edition essentially with the soundtrack with the game....the re-prints have no disc with them but you are allowed to burn the discs.
As for replacements, I don't think they are doing that as they say it "takes a lot of time" which it does as some people still don't have the game after 50 or so days they ordered the game.
And what's with this? It's $45 and then you have to wait 45 days? Anyway, I'd get it, but I don't have enough love/nostalgia/whatev' with the Genesis to buy a new game for it yet :3
