It appears that two face has been confirmed. on the website it has billboard and on the billboard is uncle sam. but its ripped across his face and half his body is corrupt.
Technically, they don't even have an official title yet. It's not going to called Arkham Asylum 2 due to there being no Arkham Asylum involved. The trailer just shows the crumbling stone Batman symbol.
If the game is half as good as the first one it's a day one purchase.

The website is called "Arkham has Moved", so for now I am going to say that the site title is the game title.

penguin is most likely in it because of the iceberg cafe shown in the trailer. also i think it takes place in the future because at the end of the trailer the bat symbol starts to fall apart. we also saw this with the bioshock 2 logo.
