WarioWare!!! (I can't stress this enough!!!)
Punch-Out!! (I'd be happy with just a port of the Wii game at this point)
Wii Sports (as "Mii Sports")
Endless Ocean (I'd settle for a double pack HD port on a single cartridge with added bells or whistles)
Tomodachi Life/Miitopia (I would prefer that the two concepts were combined somehow, for a richer experience)
Nintendogs + Cats
Style Boutique
Art Academy
Advance Wars (I had only briefly played Dark Conflict which was stupidly difficult)
"Gee, that's really persuasive. Do you have any actual points to make other than to essentially say 'me Tarzan, physical bad, digital good'?"
Don't really see much need for most of the rest of these, most of these IPs don't really offer anything existing IPs don't (hell, I'd even put Wario Land in that category, but I like it so I still want it anyway). Either that or it's just a genre I don't like/I'm not familiar with.
id be ok if EA just released ssx remastered and Nintendo instead gave us wave race... I don't know any company that made a game like that... Hopefully we do see some Wii and gamecube ports because punch out and f zero are good enough to be ported and ill be happy
@Lotrobella True, Battalion Wars definitely was a different kind of game, but other than going full on "Command & Conquer", there wouldn't have been any other way to transfer the Advance Wars series to the big screen, so personally, I've always kinda liked it.
@Magician Ah, darn, how could I have forgotten Golden Sun? Great choice.
@AnnoyingFrenzy Excite? As in Excite Truck? I would DEFINITELY agree with that suggestion.
@SKTTR Endless Ocean, yet another great game I forgot to mention.
@Marcalous In my humble opinion, Riptide is definitely a good game, but it still doesn't come close to the real Wave Race. I've played water racers on several platforms, and although I've enjoyed most of them, I've always found that there's something missing, or that Nintendo's game simply offered more of whatever it is that makes a good water-based racing game excellent.
On a side note: as a pretty decent second, I'd probably sooner go for Hydro Thunder Hurricane (even though that's made by the same developers and obviously with speed boats instead of jet skis, but still: same genre), with Riptide on a neat third place...
@sixrings If you're not dead set on having jet skis, but are just looking for a really entertaining water-based racer, and you own either a PlayStation or an Xbox of the last or current gen (or a gaming PC), then I can very easily recommend Hydro Thunder Hurricane. Here's a bit of gameplay:
'The console wars are like boobs: Sony and Microsoft fight over which ones look the nicest and Nintendo's are the most fun to play with.'
Mine would be:
1. Kid Icarus - criminal that Uprising wasn't immediately followed up with how good that game was. But I guess Smash.
2. Golden Sun
3. Tomodachi Life
4. Wario Ware
5. Earthbound
@Lotrobella Ah, fair enough. Not everybody likes every type of game. There was a free run mode in it, though, and a trick style mode, both of which pretty much allowed you to do whatever you wanted, the free run mode obviously the one with the most freedom of movement. And it sure as heck was a LOT of fun to play. Especially once you entered the not so secret code which enabled you to trade your jet ski for a dolphin...

@kkslider5552000 its probably for that exact reason that we've not had more Advance Wars. Why take the risk when Intelligent Systems have a winning formula with Fire Emblem?
It's also arguably the JRPG and social simulator elements that have led to FE's broadening appeal, rather than the pure tactical elements shared with Advance Wars.
