Hello,

I know the drill, nintendo switch cannot connect to a hotel's wifi nor hotspots that require browser login because it doesn't have (or did not activate) its browser. I tried it, and searched for workarounds but couldn't find any.

But..... what I'm surprised about is that there isn't much noise about this handicap!
I mean the switch is a hybrid device and I reckon many of us carry it around when we travel and coffee shops, bars, universities...wherever!

The solution seems so simple, the switch should activate the internal browser and take you to the login page automatically when connecting to a hotspot to enter login details, every smart phone does it.

I'm sure nintendo can find a solution even if they don't want people using the browser to log into other pages.
I currently use my phone's personal hotspot but its not a good workaround for many reasons: getting a call during play DCs, cant do it when traveling abroad etc.

Nintendo should hear us,,,,,, lets make sure they fix it!

Agreed, they need to fix this pronto.I was staying in a hotel in another country last week and had no option but to play offline. The hotel required a browser log in and I would have incurred data roaming charges if I used my hot spot.

@OorWullie Sure thing, I'm quite surprised reviewers and forums don't mention this unreasonable issue!
