Topic: Grid Autosport

Haven't heard much on this game so I reached out to the developer and the game is still on for the summer. They don't have much time left so I would assume it's coming out really soon. Looking forward to hopefully the best Switch racer SIM wise on the system in the next 6 weeks or so.

Great news, any news about control options? I need more realistic racing game with tilt controls, preferably track racing or rally racing for Switch.

I didn't bother to ask. I did however ask if there would be a physical or digital only. They said digital initially. Sounds like they have plans to release physical at some point.

Can't be long as summer officially is over on what September 21st. They made it sound like it's definitely on track to hit before summer ends. So 5 weeks or less till it releases. Probably a shadow drop like we seem to get a lot of these days. Their next announcement will mean the game will be out in probably a week from that or less.

This sounds great, I hope they will release it when it is ready, not before. I have seen enough bad ports, I hope this will be good one.

What's the deal with the Eshop saying 1 player only?

@C-Chakra yeah I noticed that too. That is really disappointing tbh. This is one of those games that I would actually play a lot online. At least it's budget priced.

I'll be picking GRID up, pretty much just for the formula car racing.

I played this back when it was on the PS3. While not as good as say Gran Turismo it was still a very good racer. If they can at the very least be as good as the PS3 version I will be happy.

Same here, I hope they get the port right for the fps to be on 60.

It can ruin a racing game if it's stuck on 30fps, moto gp 19 has that problem.

Well a true racer on the switch I have had very high hopes for a long time. If a good port then I’m in. Really time damage finally

I really, really hope they get this port right. It could be my go to racer for a long while to come.

Could do with a serious racer, if reviews for game performance are good think I’ll pick this up.
