Topic: assassin's creed 3 remaster

Anyone planning to pick this up? I am going to get it since i enjoyed the game on wii u and i have just enjoyed assassin's creed games in general and there could be a chance we could see rouge remastered on the switch. Also never played assassin's creed 3's dlc nor did i play liberation so those will be new experiences for me.

@Marth_is_cool no I played it before its not a bad story line but the game play isn't very good .very nice graphics but it's not really a great game. I think nintendo are great but they haven't really produced anything great since the wii. If you get into following something it can be good . So maybe people will get it

I am going to get it. Considering it is coming to Switch that is a godsend.

@Marth_is_cool My friend is picking up a copy, and we’re going to swap (I got SR3, she never played AC3) later this summer. I was hoping to get my own copy, but vehicle repairs came first 😂 I do hope they’ll bring Rogue, as I thoroughly enjoyed its fresh take on the Brotherhood Good/Templar Bad thing. Black Flag is fun, but I’ve played it enough by now.
@Switchforce Playing these older titles anytime and anyplace really does breathe some new life in, doesn’t it?
@Ninfan Nintendo didn’t make Assassin’s Creed. Ubisoft makes them.

@AlohaPizzaJack I just ment nintendo haven't made any really really great games since wii.nothing to do with ubisoft. Sorry maybe I didn't write that the correct way

I would be all over 1 or 2. the whole American revolution thing just doesn't appeal to me in this type of game.

@Ninfan no great ninty games since wii? sorry but super mario 3d world on wii u was a masterpiece. but I will agree that I'm not very impressed at all with what they have released on the switch

@Solomon18 yeah the sonic games and mario gmes on 3ds are really good. i mean on the gamecube i had about 500 games that were brilliant best ever made i say. i mean im starting to get a pain in my head looking for good games. i think its that all the big companys nintendo,sega,rare,namco,capcom,konami,midway, are gone back to the arcades great games in them im sure .maybe ill have a look there

Yup, definitely getting this. Never played 3, but after playing Liberation on Vita, I've been meaning to. Speaking of Liberation, the Vita version is nice, but the Switch version that is included with this remaster will be an upgrade(more buttons, bigger and better screen etc.)

@Ninfan I think there's heaps of great games around. I follow all of the indie games that get limited physical releases through these boutique publishers n well I'm kind of overwhelmed in content to be honest.

@Ninfan .... there were only around 650 GameCube games made. I think we found the culprit that bought each EA game 😛

@AlohaPizzaJack the EA medal of honor games on gamecube were brilliant .loved playing them .I use to love waiting for each release.

That's my fav game out of the series. However, I'm still hesitating whether I should get it, or FFXII Zodiac Age instead. Any recommendations?

Considering that 3 is the last AC that made sense I cannot wait to jump back in.

I'll play it, but on PS4. Reason for this, if the trailer is to be believed, AC-3 doesn't look like it runs well on Switch.
