Topic: Rotating balltop on arcade stick

Should the balltop on a Sanwa joystick be able to rotate, or does it need to be tightened? I know how to 'fix' it, but won't bother if it's not actually 'broken.' These types of controller might be old school, but it's all new to me.

I have a hori arcade stick for my 360 and the balltop also rotates. This way, you can keep a firm grip on it, even while you move the stick around :) I guess that it is also quite normal on your sanwa stick ;)

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the tops of joysticks are generally meant to rotate. ;)

Thanks. Knowing that should stop it distracting me now. I've ordered Hori's cheaper Wii stick too for multiplayer, so it'll be interesting to see how it compares.
