Okay so here is my problem, I have had some liquid spilled on my DSi. There is no permanent damage but, there is a small water blur on both screens. I can press a finger on the screen, and I see the water moving slightly. Is there any way without paying $75 for repairs I can fix this?
My DSi was dropped in the toilet once - true story - so I wrapped it in towels, kept it in my airing cupboard and let it air out for a few days and it now works like a charm.

Good luck!
Was their anything else in the toilet, apart from toilet water.

it wouldn't be much of a story if his DSi hadn't been in the water too.

Thanks I will try that, funny thing is, mine was dropped in a toilet (water only) .
Put it in a bowl of dry uncooked rice and the rice will absorb the water eventually.Took a couple of days with my pod. The legendary Chicken Brutus gave me this tip for when my missus put my iPod in the washing machine and it worked a treat.

Same thing happened to me with a chinese PMP I had once, I spilled water on it and then left it in rice in a plastic container for a day or two and it worked fine.
I tried the rice, the only affect was my DSi was working again. another problem I JUST encountered is that after a long period of time for being on, the screens get black.
