The router on my Westell versaLink modem crapped out. The modem itself works though, so I,m going to use a separate wireless router for it. Anyone know about some good ones? I heard that one type might not work well with my Westell because it's a differant brand. I know the Gs only go so fast, but if I got an N rated one would it be more than I need? I didn't really want to spend a ton of money.

The Wii uses G and only G, as far as I know, so N would be overkill. I had to replace my router recently and bought G instead of N for that reason. My old laptop is still b/g, as well as the Wii, so you can get a higher model G for less than some Ns.

G/N routers work ridiculously well though... Saw my friend DL LoZ:OoT in 10 seconds.

G/N? 2 differant types or one that has both letters? If it only uses G then maybe this router is all I need. The part number is F5D7234-4. There's another number on the box BE701904941 ver. 3000.

my linksys router works fine

I have 10/1 and it works perfectly however when I want to see the movies in shopchannel they never work at all.
