Topic: Was Anybody Actually Offended by Obama's Education Speech?

@Turbo Genesis 64..... If I remeber correctly there were people protesting the War in the streets over the war and people have been calling him a liar over the weapons of mass destruction. What gets me is now that its clearly becoming Obamas war yall arent screaming at him to bring the troops home and upset at his current push in Afganistan. Im sure there arent WOMD there. I almost voted for him just to end the war and now he is pushing to literally double over the war when He clearly said in his campaign he would put an end to the war.

Like I said, they're two sides of the same coin. The ones who are down treat the ones who are up like jerks. They're playing politics with our country rather than actually solving real-world problems. George Washington was all too prescient about the eventually dismal outcome of bitter, party politics.

Very Well said and a very wise statement. Politicians are THE problem with our country. The do Not represent the people anymore just their own interest. That is very unhealthy for any country and if it doesnt stop things will continue to get worse no matter who is in office or what party.

I didn't say the Democrats or the Republicans have never booed or did a low mumbling, but to the best of my knowledge they have never shouted "You Lie" in front of the President durning a live address.

Im sure they have at some point in time. Its just depends on what the press decides to put out or not. The parties have been calling eachother liars for years and years. Truth is they both are liars.
