His performance in Aladdin was great...the voice in Genie in the Aladdin animated series reminded me too much of Homer Simpson for some reason.

Thats because for Aladdin: Return of Jafar and the TV series due to a dispute with Disney, it was the guy who did Homer's voice instead of Robin Williams. They were finally able to fix the dispute him and Disney in time for the third Aladdin movie.

Holy. Crap.
I absolutely loved watching him in everything he did, even the mediocre stuff.
Sucks. Seriously sucks.

His only mediocre works were the films that he didn't star in.

hate to rebuttal this, but Untitled

And yet Some people including me like that film!

I liked this one as well.

Ahh, hook, easily my favorite movie of his. Yet i was bummed to find out later on when i got older that Captain Hook was actually Dustin Hoffman.

Ready for another shock Rufio is Zuko from the Avatar: The Last Airbender series.

I just realized that almost all of the movies from from my childhood had Robin Williams in them which saddens me. May he rest in peace and I hope his family are able to pull through this difficult time.

O captain my captain, no one can replace you, though you have embarked on a grand adventure.

My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.

I almost bumped my car just as I heard this from the radio and felt a suspension of disbelief. My condolences to his family, really sad to hear about his depression too. In his honor, I will definitely get around to finishing Mrs. Doubtfire among his other classics.

Fancy a Karrot Cake?

Last night I watched Jumanji (on Netflix) in remembrance. I just kept thinking how unreal it seems that he's no longer with us.

I wish the best for his family.

I'm starting a Robin Williams film marathon in remembrance as well. Last night I watched Jumanji and Dead Poet's Society (for the first time!).
Today, probably Insomnia and Hook.

He had such an amazingly diverse career that most actors never get a chance to experience. You have movies his Aladdin, Good Morning Vietnam, Mrs. Doubtfire, Good Will Hunting, Awakenings, Jumanji. Then throw in The Final Cut and One Hour Photo. Those last two are pretty dark, but the man was brilliant in those as well as everything else on his resume.

His episode of Whose Line is it, Anyway?! is well worth a viewing if you haven't seen it.

Those shoes will remain empty for all time.

He'll be missed.

RIP Robin Williams.

I'm going to miss him. I ought to marathon some movies.

I'm pretty okay.
