So excited for these games that I'm going through an old bag of stuff and pulled out my stuffed Pikachu that turned into a pokeball. It's so old and worn out. I've had it since I got into Pokemon. So many memories this toy has. Uugh, hurry up Oct. 7.
Hmm let's see. I went with Oshawott in White. So for this new game, Tepig or Snivy?
Also, should I get White 2 If I own White? I kinda want the Zekrom one again though, which is Black 2. I'm just not sure how they tie in to the first games.
Actually, I'm confused on that to. If I had Black do I have to get Black 2 or does it not matter. For that matter which legend and other Pokemon are exclusive to which version?
I'll be getting Snivy this time.
The Nintendo Power review really turned me off of this game. They said it felt like the same game despite the slight new upgrades. They gave it an 8/10. This is a predictable response but I thought these would be fresher. And the review said you can unlock difficulties: hard in Black 2 and easy in White 2, which can be traded or something? What?
There's no way to easily transfer Pokemon huh? I have plenty of Pokemon in Black that I EV'd, kinda don't want to get rid of them, lol.
Huh? Pokémon Black and White 2 can trade back and forth from Black and White, they're the same gen (same as Pearl, Diamond, Plat, HeartGold and SoulSilver can trade between each other)
Unless you mean lack of Pal Park-style transfer. But that's never existed for games within the same generation, it's only been for shifting Gen III to Gen IV, or Gen IV to Gen V.

@Emaan After you successfully beat the Elite 4 or whatever, you unlock a new mode. This mode, when you start a new game, will make it easier, in White 2, or harder, in Black 2. However, if you do something with connecting the games (Maybe Entralink? I can't remember), they are transferred do you can have both. Hope that explains it

It's severely outdated, but I guess you can look at it if you want. (?)

..what on earth is the point of making the game easier? I would think most people would want the game to be more difficult, for a better challenge. The question is, when you restart, do you lose all your Pokemon?
I think you can change the difficulty setting without restarting the game.
I guess making the game easier is good for small children who want to play. But it seriously makes no sense to give it after beating the game....
I'm considering getting black 2 instead of white 2 (I played white) just for that reason...
