Cool, a new series. I hope that this has a satisfying story, unlike Ash's continuous adventure with his level 100 Pikachu... I loved the first few seasons of the original anime, but then it just got repetitive and boring.

Funny, I almost had a pattern until the fifth generation messed it up. For generation one, my favorite was Bulbasour. For generation two, it was Cynadaquil. Generation three was Treeko and generation four was Chimchar. Notice a pattern? Well, Black and White had to mess it up because I didn't like Snivy at all and I was forced to choose Oshawatt, my first water starter type. My sixth generation starter, however, will be right on track with Chespin, the grass type.
