Keystone and Natural Light are the finest beers America has to offer.

It's pretty hot and humid right now in Australia.

@ WhiteKnight

I am a beer fanboy too (although some may say I'm a beer snob). Here are some microbrew favs...

http://www.dogfish.com/ - 60 minute IPA is dee-lish.
http://www.yardsbrewing.com/ - I usually go for ESA, IPA or Brawler. Their "Ales of the Revolution" are good too.
http://victorybeer.com/ - Hop Devil is a good one.
http://www.troegs.com/default.aspx - I saw Troeg's mentioned already. I'm not a huge fan but their Nugget Nectar is really good.

A pizza place I go to also has a "beer garden". The guy who runs this and stocks it is a beer fanatic that I absolutely trust. Peruse the site for ideas.

I thought this thread was going to be about Nutella. :(

Anyways, I'm not old enough to drink, but my dad is. He doesn't really drink beer at all, with the exception of the occasional Samuel Adams. He's much more a Wine/Whisky/Vodca guy.

To be honest, I don't really like the smell of alcohol at all, so even when I get to a legal drinking age, I probably won't ever drink, unless I somehow get to like the smell.

Fullers London Pride is one of my favourite bitters. It tastes lovely and is deffinitly one that gets me into a drunken mess rather quickly.

My favourites:

Grolsch: A Dutch pilsner known for its patented bottle lid mechanism. A few of those large bottles are great friends during BBQ parties.
Jupiler: A popular Belgian brand. What I like about this brand is the fruity touch of orange in it. According to the label on the bottle, this is the result of adding orange peels during the brewing process.
Erdinger: A German weitzen. Great during a hot summer night, when it is typically served in its signature long glass of 33cl or 50cl.
Murphy's Irish Red: An Irish Red. There's also a stout variation nowadays, but I am personally not that fond of stout.
Brugse Zot: Another Belgian masterpiece from Bruges. This is one of those beers you will likely have to get at specialty liquor stores with a broader selection.
Hoegaarden: The famous Belgian wheat beer with its signature hexagonal glass. Serve with a slice of lemon at hot summer nights.
Desperados: Tequila flavoured. Another one of those beers best served during summer. Especially great at BBQ parties at the beach.

I've been drinking "Old Scrooge" fairly often at Wetherspoons recently though. It's on as a Christmas guest ale and is absolutely delicious.

It's hard in Australia because most Japanese beers are actually brewed locally under license, so taste different from the beers in Japan,

If you can get imported Sapporo that is my favourite, followed by Yebisu, Hitachino, and Asahi.

I'm not a huge fan of Kirin, thought it's one of the easier imports to find around Australia.

But yeah, make sure you're buying import, and not brewed under license.
