Master Chief would win hands down. At range, Links fairy bow is nothing compared to MC's Sniper Rifle. A more interesting matchup would be Link Vs. Ezio from Assassins Creed
But see Link can get into range with Nayru's Love. Heck he'd beat Master Chief because of Nayru's Love.
