Well it was only a matter of timebefore the 4G was announced, right? Releasing new iterations of hardware, building hype, and quickly making the ones you already own redundant is the way Apple makes money, after all.
The iPhone haters evidently haven't realised how useful the iphone is.
I prefer a simple cell phone, and if I wanted more, I would get a Blackberry, as it has more options in my area (you know, being created in Canada and all ). I actually happen to live about 20 minutes from a mansion one of the guys who started Research In Motion, and my uncle actually met the other lol It's an interesting story.
Sean Aaron ~ "The secret is out: I'm really an American cat-girl." Q: How many physicists does it take to change a light bulb? A: Two, one to hold the light bulb, the other to rotate the universe.
I'll never own a IPhone or any Ipod... not worth it in my opinion. I would just do stuff on there that I can do on my computer. Saw the IPad at an Apple store, cool, but until that exact device has the power of a laptop, capabilities of a laptop, and plays blurays for the same price I'm not getting one, and who knows by then I'll probably change my mind anyway.

I'm happy with my 3G, so if it's still kicking once my contract runs out, I'll probly jailbreak it and move it over to Tmobile for their cheaper data plans ($50 unlimited talk/data unless it's changed in the past year). If this drops in HK before I leave, I might pick it up though (since they're unlocked there, and I'll be able to put it on any network). $100/month for crappy AT&T is crap, and I'm happy with my iPhone 3G, so this would have to have more than a second camera for me to upgrade.
I am way too lazy to think of something clever. My Backloggery
