(Assuming I have Internet,) PC:
Team Fortress 2: Virtually unlimited game play right there with constant updates, Mann VS Machine and access to custom game modes.

Wii:
Super Smash Bros Brawl: I'll teach monkeys or the natives how to play so I can play multi player
The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition: slightly cheating because it's really four games in one, but I won't be able to live without my bi-annual playthroughs of Majora's Mask. Just need to remember my GameCube Memory Card, and hope it never corrupts...
