I can't believe this! Hiro Nakamura (Masi Oka) is on my street right now filming a scene for an upcoming episode of Heroes. They built a fake coffee shop at the end of my street. It's a Texas Coffee Shop called the Burnt Toast Cafe. There are Wildcats cheerleader posters on the outer walls. They keep filming a scene in which Hiro approaches the Cafe and looks in the window. The funny thing is, Hiro is wearing nothing but hospital garb.
I saw a short blond girl & my heart stopped thinking it was Hayden Pannettiere but I think it was just an extra. I wish I could get close enough to take pictures but the cops & security are keeping people at bay. They also built a fake garage but I can't get a good view from my window.
I JUST SAW SYLAR! Zachary Quinto is there walking around but I doubt he's filming a scene the way he's dressed. This is so freaking awesome!
That's really cool dude. I wish I still liked that show. Season 1 was perfect! Season 2 wandered aimlessly. Season 3 fell on it's face and I gave up 4 or 5 episodes in. Can't beleive it got renewed tbh what with the way the writers completely destroyed it's integrity, and went in completely the wrong direction.
@Machu Yeah, Heroes has definitely lost it's magic. The first season was awesome but the last couple seasons have been pretty boring. I wish it was Dexter or True Blood that was filming today but I'll gladly take Heroes. And yes, it is my mission to get some pictures. I just wish I had better zoom on my camera. I'll post some later today if I'm able to get some good ones. It might be hard though since a big Greyhound bus just arrived and completely blocked my view. I'm sure they're using it for a scene but I hope they move it soon.
Wow, that's pretty freaking awesome that is! Machu was right in his assessment; 1st season = perfect, 2nd=aimless, but as for giving up last series you missed out - it started abyssmally But they got the original writers back in and it really got a lot better again in the last 3 - or - 4 episodes (not as good as season 1 obviously - they had to try to tie up all the ridiculous plot-lines the other writers had brought in ) @SilentJ True Blood ftw!
EDIT: Oh, and a scene from Inspector Morse was filmed in my town - win
