Tails86= Genius

My favorite soundtracks would be:

Blaster Masters- Epic music, and it is guarantee to satisfy
Super Mario Galaxy- So many classic and memorable tunes.
Madworld- Even though its Hip-hop it truly fits the game better than imagined.
Animal Crossing GCN- Every hour has a different song playing, and it seems EVERY song is tied at “beautifully orchestrated”.

Not tryin' to break up the mutual admiration society here, but actually this sorta was done recently. I'm glad to see it revived or cloned or respawned or whatever it's called, 'cause I'm a huge fan of soundtracks in general.

EDIT: Among my favourites are Alone in the Dark (PC) World of Goo, Bit.Trip: Beat, Darkseed (PC, floppy install, not CD), Toki Tori, and Alien Crush - repetitive yes, but still cool.

I hand-ripped the AitD CD, and also edited the Descent MIDI files back in the day. They sound awesome compared to the 16-bit SoundBlaster standard. Enjoy!

I liked the Pikmin and Pikmin 2 soundtrack especially Tane No Uta , also The Legend Of Zelda soundtrack was awesome no game in particular they were all good. Also The World Ends With You had a good soundtrack.

Super Mario Galaxy did have an excellent musical score.

Streets of Rage 2, Shenmue, Street Fighter 2 games, Chrono Trigger, the Metroid series and Castlevania series there's lots more like Sonic, Road Rash etc etc but I think I'll leave it there for now.

Sonic Rush too. Loved the special stage theme.
