Topic: Blockbuster Adding Games to Mail Rental Service

I havent been a member for Blockbusters for years 1) The nearest Blockbuster to me is a halfhour drive. 2) I got mad at them with their poor customer service skills years ago, but I heard that they started renting games through the mail like Gamefly.

Now because of not having a video store anywhere near me (the last one a Hollywood Video closed up months ago) has caused me to go with Netflix for movie rentals and Gamefly for game rentals but now I hear that Blockbuster has started renting games through the mail. I looked into this and found that for the same level of service, one game out at a time it costs $16 a month at Gamefly where as Blockbuster it cost $9 a month. So you can see where I am going with this.

Now my question is has anyone tried this?? I am wondering how long does it take Blockbuster to ship out your game to you. I like Netflix cause usually its a two day period except for weekends but thats to be expected, but with Gamefly I have to wait about 4-5 days which can be bummer at times. Now if Blockbuster is more like Netflix on the 2 day turnaround than I will seriously consider going with Blockbuster.

Also my other gripe with Gamefly is that they have yet to send me my game on the top of my list. They have sent me my third choice, my seventh choice heck one time they even sent me my ninth choice. I dont know if anyone else has had this problem but its is kinda annoying. Thats another question is does Blockbuster do that as well or are they more reliable on sending you your first choice?

Not sure if any of you can answer my questions but it was worth asking. Thanks in advanced for any info.
