After finally seeing this in motion... Yeah I'm gonna buy it. lol Looks pretty good actually and runs a lot smoother then I thought it would.

Wish I knew what the controls were and price was though.
My guess is simple directional pad and buttons and 800 points.

yeah, maybe by "early" they meant until september finishes

There's only one more update (Not counting today) this month for both regions so hopefully we'll be getting it very soon.

Well I'm going to call BigJohn Games (the people making Thorium Wars) on monday to give them a piece of my mind if the game isn't out by then. Indeed. It also makes me wonder how long the game is actually going to be. DSiWare size limitation coupled with how much pretty is in this game makes me think it's going to be a shorty, and with no apparent multiplay, that might hurt the game overall.

Doesn't seem likely. Usually it would make mention of that in the press release, or you would have seen a Nintendo Wi Fi logo somewhere on the site or in the trailer.

Even if it's not out on the 28th, it's likely not their fault. Nintendo controls the release schedule - other companies in the past have announced release dates for the VC and WiiWare and they didn't come out as plans. Complaining to them won't accomplish anything.

Holy moses...how in the world is this going to fit without an SD Card!? Anyways, I'm gonna wait for a review but I'm thinking it's gonna be my second DSIWare purchase...btw, I think Nintendo just needs to throw a bunch of cash 2D Boy's way to make a World a Goo sequel for the DSIWare even though they said they wouldn't make one...could jump start the DSIWare situation the same way that it really helped WiiWare take off.
