I really hope Nintendo releases a sequel to EBA. That game was incredible. It was really fun and challenging, and just a blast to play. I'd like to see a sequel with better music, wifi play, and hopefully even more songs than before.

Your opinions?

Agreed on all those ideas. EBA was a great game and I'd love to see a proper EBA sequel. For now, if we want more we'd have to import the japanese editions, Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan and Moero! Nekketsu Rhythm Damashii, which I'm considering.

I do want a sequel. Hope they include Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up if they make it.

@Terranigma The Ouendan games are better than EBA, there are more difficult, and the music is better(IMO).

So a simple fan suggestion is enough to ruin your day? Wow, forums never cease to amaze me and not always in the good way.

I really like EBA even though it was a bit hard but if it had Never Gonna Give You Up in it I would preorder it.

I just bought EBA for $4.99 at Toys R Us (on "clearance!") and I freakin love it! Best 5 I ever spent. lol. I was surprised with the song selections, some of them were unexpected! I would love to see an 80's themed EBA, how cool would that be? Then you could put Rick Astley on there. LOL!

I got mine for $10. I am playing through *** mode now. Its so addicting and it has a mostly great (IMO) soundtrack. Can't wait until I unlock the last 2 unlockable songs...I should be close now...
In other words, love EBA, was just gonna make a thread when I saw this one, and it really deserves a sequel. I donno if I'll get the Japanese games since I like to understand the quirky little comic book/manga stories.

I'd love to see an EBA sequel as well. Unfortunately, that may not happen. As far as I can recall, EBA didn't sell as well as Nintendo was hoping it would.

A typical day in today's ever-growing instant-gratification culture (or 'Those impatient whiners'):
"Wah! Wah! Wah! Why isn't that game/movie/book out yet?!? WAAAAAH!"
Grow the **** up already.

Yeah, I believe Reggie made a statement about being disappointed since (if I remember correctly) he was a fan of the game and wanted its success. Ouendan managed very well, though, so maybe things could work out if iNiS released a more Western-themed Ouendan game that could be released both inside and outside Japan instead of keeping things so specific by region.

Or maybe that's just me wanting to hope. EBA was and is one of my favorite games, easily.

Oh Im gonna get it for this comment prob but I really like the import versions of the game better than EBA. I bought EBA when it came out and sold it pretty quick. Then Imported the others and loved them. My brother^^^^^ Loved EBA so I bought it again (priced like 10 bucks and its checked up for 2 bucks) and played thru it again and it was OK. Songs just aren't that great to me. So I stick with the imports. BUT I would like another Oendan.

@slapshot: I completely agree. The songs on EBA were carp.

@outrunner: I completely disagree. The songs on EBA were not carp. I have not played Ouendan (1 or 2) yet (but will soon, however Taiko Drummaster DS comes first!) but EBA can stand on its own.
