I loved the first 4 games, probably played through them 3-6 times each. The next game is Gyakuten Kenji, (rumored English title Perfect Prosecutor or AA: Investigations) which comes out in Japan on May 28th.

No surprise that you love the series Objection_Blaster. I've only played a demo of Apollo Justice but i found it quite good. There are so many games out there which are worth buying and I just haven't got to the series yet. I'll try to soon though.

I can't wait to play as Edgeworth. :3 And poor Gumshoe, I hope he gets treated a little better in this one than he does in the first three, lol. It would be nice to see him put forth a testimony that actually stands up in court, for once.
the future of NL >:3

I don't think either of those are likely to happen.

you're probably right, Objection_Blaster. ah well. I'll settle for him not having to pay to work (how far can they cut his salary, anyway?). :3

I love the series. I've played through each of them once, but there's only the odd bit I've ever felt inclined to go through again.
Am I alone in thinking that Godot is the best character in the entire series?

I don't know. I'm still waiting to meet him. (Ba-doom-pish!)

Are you referring to the prolonged wait for the European release date for T&T?
9. Posted: Tue 7th Apr 2009 21:25 BST
Maybe? Haha, I don't know what T&T is. I've actually never played these games. I'm referring to the literary masterpiece from which Godot takes his name.

T&T is Trials and Tribulatiosn the 3rd game. I don't know what Godot gets his name from.

Waiting for Godot, hence the bad pun.

I thought Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney was a great game. But there was so much useless dialog to click through.

Waiting for Godot being a Samuel Beckett play about two tramps who wait all day to meet a man called Godot, who never turns up. It's an acquired taste
As for the games, I've only ever played the first one properly but I absolutely adored it. Some of the best writing I've ever encountered in a game, and fantastic characters too. I loved Edgeworth, Gumshoe, Maya and all the others. I do mean to get the others eventually but like everyone else there's too many good games to have time to play!
I am not ignoring you. I just do not post much.

Anyone getting Gyakuten Kenji upon its (very soon) Japanese release? Any getting Ace Attorney Investigations upon its localized release? (Same game for the uninitiated.)
15. Posted: Wed 6th May 2009 23:41 BST
Localized definitely, but as I can't read most kanji, I'll pass on importing. I cannot wait for this game, holy crap.

Same here. I know it was announced for Europe as a WInter release, but I wonder if that means the NA release will be sooner? (Since they always have been.)

either way, it will be a great holiday season for us if it comes out on schedule

import, Ragnor! the series is worth it! that's weird that you've got Apollo Justice and not the third Phoenix Wright, though. i wonder who made that decision? o_O

NoE, always known for great interesting decisions, kind of like NoA someone else we know.
In related news, Kyakuten Kenji is now out in Japan. The international version is supposed to be talked about by CAPCOM at E3.
