Topic: What is your honest opinion on Fire Emblem Fates' localization

Now keep in mind, I haven't played Fates myself, so I can't give you an opinion on what I think of it. That being said, I heard many people disliking it simply for changing dialouge and character personalities. I mentioned before that I think a rewritten localization is fine as long as the tone and story are generally the same and the new lines are well written. I really enjoyed Awakening's localization simply because of the liberties they took with the characters, making them more memorable than they would've been otherwise. But I heard people complain about meme references which I can understand if the dual had no other forms of humor to go along with it. But a few references aren't going to kill anyone, and honestly, it's no different than the pop-culture references in something like Animaniacs or Gravity Falls. So what do you think?
