the only map I disliked so far is the pool(just because my matches are there too often)

I'm considering buying the full game, but wouldn't look twice if this wasn't FTP with online. They definitely chose a good game to try this tactic on.

like @Spuratis already said the big difference between the free submarines and the premium ones is the number of crewmembers you can have. and the fact that the premium ones are more special. you can have a submarine that is very speedy but weak in defens or a real tank that can go and cosum all the opponents fire so your teammates can attack the enemies. so it is not really paytowin but rather pay-to-have-differents-styles-of-play.

Yep, I just wrecked two high-level special boats (don't know which ones they were, but they looked different for sure) and actually the big one had problems adjusting to me being in a perfect close-range spot. We won 4-0 and in my team only I had the second sub from the demo. It's funny now that I look at that match while having memories of a level 1 sub that was wrecking everyone left and right.
The only problem I have so far is the frequent amount of errors I get before a match starts - about 20% of all. Matches, however, don't drop often.
I like this game a lot. Its so immersive, the 3D is top notch, the morse code and periscope are insipired touches, the stages are interesting. Only problem is that if you die early in a match, you have to watch the whole match in order to get rewards from the battle. That is tedious.
I only have one more star medal left to earn before getting the second free sub, and want to know which is easier, Level 3 "Navigate the Rings" or Level 2 "Sink the Convoy"?
In other news, I finally got to play the "Fish Bowl" map in multiplayer! Though, our team got slaughtered since we were all free subs, and the other team was premium subs (except for one).

@RR529 for me the easier one was level 3 Navigate through the rings but both took me 2 tries to get the star medal

this game has a serious issue with team balancing....
my team had less people and the other team was full of Premium subs.....

i wish there could be clans. the game would really benefit from it as every game depends on how well you work together with your teammates. it doesnt matter how good your are or how good your submarine is. when you are attacked by 3 or 4 (happened to me today) enemies you WILL loose!

Got the second sub and have tried it out online. Pretty fun.
My only complaint with the game so far is the connection drop that happens after nearly every match. When I first played the game yesterday I played four matches in a row without any trouble, but since then I've had a connection drop after every match (and it sometimes even happens first thing when I just try going online...)
Other than that, I have no complaints.

what are your crewmembers?
i have one that gives me +1 for underwater speed and another one that allows me to see my teammates on the map which is pretty handy!
alternatively i could go with +2 armor and -1 underwater speed. that's my option if i wanna play tank^^
