It's not at midnight. The only time a game is up at midnight is a retail release like Luigis Mansion 2 / Anything first party Nintendo.
For australia anyway its like 2am the next day, ie 2am 29th for Harmoknight. For US, noon sounds about right.

Yea thats what i was expecting, its so wierd that you cant pre purchase a game like on Steam, I dont get nintendo`s way of doing business in the E Shop.
Well, they've moved miles forward from where they were on the Wii Shop Channel.
The eShop still might not be perfect, but they're definitely working on it.
