Topic: Reasons why you own a 3DS

i LOVED OoT3D, but when i beat it, it's sparkle wore off for me, but it's still good to have. as for Starfox 64 3D, i hated that game. i got bored with it as soon as i got it. funny, i LOVE the SNES game :/ Mario 3D land was "meh"... way too easy. i beat the game, got all the stars, beat the final secret level, and i sold it to gamestop. it's replay value wore off. RE:R was okay, i only played the demo. it wasnt worth getting for me. as for Layton, i'd never looked into it until now because miracle mask looks so interesting.
funny, i used to have a large 3DS library of games, but i sold them to gamestop because i never played them. in return, i ended up with kid icarus uprising, and i must say, it's amazing.

Wish everyone can see that, LOL.

Wii is dying out.
Wii-U is going to be too expensive at it's release.
So. I got the 3DS XL as in between.

And games ofcourse. Typical Nintendo games. (Smash Brothers, Mario Bros 3D and 2D, Mario Kart, Mario Tennis, Kid Icarus, Fire emblem, Star Fox etc. etc.)

Because I'm getting tired of console gaming. For some reason I need portable gaming and my iPhone just ain't cuttin' it..

1. I wanted to have my own system with a working L button again, as my DS Lite and DSi had already given out, and had interest in playing DS games (mainly 3D ones) with the circle pad in contrast to the DS family's control pad.
2. The idea of 3D screens appealed to me, and early on, I found the feature very cool to experience. I now have it off due to wanting the most battery life.
3. The games for the 3DS as well as the eShop, namely Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D, Dead or Alive Dimensions, Mutant Mudds, Metroid II, Super Mario Land, Animal Crossing New Leaf, Paper Mario Sticker Star and Kid Icarus Uprising early on.
