So far the game has not been announced for western localization and the Japanese date is still TBD. However, I have high hopes that this one will come over. It looks fantastic!

I'm gonna be damn tempted to get both PS4 and 3DS versions. They both look great.
Although I swear this location is a copy of Neos in DQ8:
