I'm trying to get everything set for the N3DS next week and I need a new case. For my 3DS I have the Pull & Go Folio and I love it. Is there anything similar that will fit an XL? If they make an XL version of the one I have, that would be great, but other recommendations would also be great.
No need to clarify, just said that so you don't have a hard time trying to find a NXL case when any XL one would work.
Anyway, some normal cases do fit all the 3DS models, you should try to fit an XL in your current case to see if it fits.
This one, for example, has wallet space for cards and pockets for 6 game cards. I have it and even though it's meant for the normal 3DS it fits my old XL just fine.
Any case that fits a normal XL will work for the new XL
Is that also true for the cradle charger?

I am not sure about the new XL, but with new 3DS, the charging plates are at the front, on the old 3DS and old XL they are at the rear,
EDIT: ignore my comment, I am talking absolute b0ll0cks. i keep forgetting the New 3DS is in the cradle upside down. Been a long day

No, my friend. The charging connectors of the New Nintendo 3DS XL are in the bottom-middle as opposed as in the bottom-right position of the Nintendo 3DS XL. They might fit but they won't connect.
EDIT: New Nintendo 3DS is bigger than Nintendo 3DS so the original cradle and the New Nintendo 3DS won't even fit.
