Okay so if you do not know what I mean, here is a little explanation!
If you have internet on the 3DS, you can access to your friend list. You will find it in the menu. Top of the bar is a smiley character and that is the friend list. Then click on Internet and enter the friend code I hope you have to understand, because my English is not so good!
