So I recently got a 3DS and it came bundled with a pre-installed SUPER MARIO 3D LAND game. I already had a club nintendo account setup for years. The game just didn't show up on my account. I tried linking and unlinking. But nothing. This ONE thing might be the flaw but I don't know. The game was pre-downloaded on the 2gb card but I had a 4gb card so I took the 2gb card out and re-downloaded the game on the 4gb. Would a swap of SD cards be the flaw?
If not, what should I do?

Transferring from one SD card to another wouldn't be a problem as long as you're playing on the same 3DS. I transferred all my games, photos and videos from a 16GB to a 32GB with now problems.

Please do not make a repeat thread as it takes up server space. Like I said, your best bet is contacting Nintendo directly.

Also, how long ago did you get the game? Sometimes it may take up to a week for a game to appear

Truth. Always call if you can; you get a response immediately (well, you may be on hold, but minutes instead of hours/days and hopefully you know what I mean), and Nintendo's Customer Service email can be a bit of a black hole.
